Shipping

The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Customs fees may be applied for Non-European orders. Receiver is responsible for any charge applied to the parcel.

All shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 3-10 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale.

As all our products are locally handmade by order (we do not produce to stock), some orders may take a longer period of time.

Delivery

In Estonia we ship via Omniva and Itella Smartpost. Add your preferred parcel machine to the comment or address box at the check out.

We offer personal delivery for extra charge.
In Europe delivery takes 3-14 working days of the date of entry.
Shipping cost in Europe: 10 EUR.
Rest of the world: 15 EUR.

The delivery of products ordered from www.Donalabel.com can take from 5 working days up to 3-4 weeks.

We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.
