Right of withdrawal
Register your return by submitting us a your concern (form above). Proceed to register your return clicking on the Botton 'submit’ .
We accept returns and exchanges of all unworn and unwashed garments within 14 days of delivery of your order.
All sales are final after 14 days of delivery. After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you would prefer an exchange, the second shipment cost is complimentary.
Once we receive your return back in our office we will check the items. Items must be in their original condition, with all labels attached, unwashed, unworn, with no stains or scents.
Pieces must be returned in their original condition.
The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
All shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 3-10 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale.

Due to the fackt that All our goods are handmade by order (we do not produce to stock) on campaign period orders may take up to 7-14 days.
The delivery of products ordered from www.donalabel.com can take from 3 working days up to 3-4 weeks.
We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases. In that case we shall notify our clients.
Refunds: We will proceed to reimburse you the amount paid for the items returned via the same payment method you used when placing the order. Refunds can take up to 30 days to be back in your account.
faulty products: If you have received faulty product or you have experienced faulty issues in a short period of time, please contact us at info@donalabel with the issue you are faceing and visual proof (pictures) of the faulty item.
